We’ve partnered with the following organizations to administer our benefits programs and provide our members with exceptional service.

Medical and Rx Benefits Administrator
Through Independence Blue Cross, our members in the Philadelphia 5-county area have access to one of the largest nationwide medical networks and prescription drug coverage. A dedicated 12-person customer service Champion team provides streamlined support for our membership. 

Medical and Rx Benefits Administrator
Through Highmark, our members in central, western, and northeast Pennsylvania have access to nationwide medical networks and prescription drug coverage. Express Scripts is the pharmacy benefit manager for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. 

Dental Benefits Administrator
Delta Dental gives our members access to the largest network of dental providers nationwide.

Vision Benefits Administrator
All members enrolled in our medical plans receive vision coverage administered by VBA at no additional cost. VBA offers members access to more than 23,000 optometrists, ophthalmologists, and retailers.

Telemedicine Provider
All members enrolled in our IBX medical plans have access to 24/7 telemedicine for medical and mental health services through Doctor On Demand’s U.S.-based, board-certified physicians and licensed psychologists, therapists, and medical experts.

Fertility and Family-forming Benefits
Enrolled members and their partners get access to $10,000 on eligible expenses for expanded fertility and family-forming benefits, such as egg/sperm freezing, IVF, adoption, or surrogacy through Maven Wallet.

Weight Loss Benefits - Effective November 3, 2025
Employees enrolled in a PAISBOA HBT medical plan have access to Noom Weight, a science-backed digital program that uses psychology and behavior change to help build healthier habits and achieve sustainable weight loss. Those who clinically qualify are eligible for Noom's GLP-1 Rx Program. 

Wellness Rewards Program - Effective November 1, 2025
Enrolled employees and their spouses/partners have access to Wellable, a comprehensive wellness platform that offers on-demand resources, wellness challenges, monthly webinars, and more. Participants earn points by completing a variety of healthy activities which can be redeemed for up to $50 in gift card rewards each quarter.

Benefit Administration Software
All member schools receive access—at no cost—to a sophisticated and intuitive benefit administration platform for online benefit shopping, enrollment, billing, compliance, and COBRA management.
